Discipline 09 — Reporting

Reporting & Audit Trail Services

Documentation is a deliverable, not an afterthought. Every transaction produces a record; every client receives the reporting their governance requires.

Reporting is where institutional discipline becomes visible. Our recordkeeping programme is designed first to satisfy the firm's regulatory obligations — and second to produce, as a natural by-product, the reporting packages our clients need for their own governance, audit, and compliance purposes.

We produce reporting at the transaction level, the engagement level, and the period level. Each level is reconciled against the one below it, so client audit teams and counsel receive documentation that is internally consistent and externally defensible.

For clients with recurring payment programmes, treasury activity, or multi-party engagements, the quality of reporting becomes a procurement decision in its own right. We design our reporting to meet that bar.

What this covers

Scope of engagement.

  1. 01

    Detailed transaction reporting

Per-transaction records covering instruction, verification, execution, settlement, and confirmation — with timestamps and responsible parties documented.

  2. 02

    Payment logs and histories

Cumulative logs across client engagements, filterable by date, counterparty, currency, and category — available on request or through our reporting interface.

  3. 03

    Reconciliation summaries

Reconciliation between client instructions, our execution records, and settlement confirmations — with exception items flagged and documented.

  4. 04

    Audit-ready documentation packages

Assembled documentation for external or internal audit, including all supporting records, verifications, and compliance artifacts.

  5. 05

    Internal control documentation

Narrative and procedural documentation of the controls applied to client engagements — useful for SOC-style audits and due diligence reviews.

  6. 06

    Retention and retrieval

Records retained in accordance with regulatory requirements and retrievable on request for the full retention period.

Positioning

Reporting as a core deliverable — because undocumented execution is not execution.
